This section is a recent addition to the FLSE-FBW organisation hence further personnel have not yet been assigned and the duties have not been clearly defined. Notwithstanding, this section will be responsible for providing material and OPLOG support to HMAS SIRIUS. Governance The FLSE-FBW Governance manager is also a POSN who is chiefly responsible for running a self assessment against CCSM Supply Customer Accounts (SCA’s) ensuring they are managed and maintained IAW the Defence Supply Chain Manual (DSCM). the future The FLSE-FBW trial has provided an opportunity to re-engineer, re-align and re-emerge supply management. The introduction of the FLSE has greatly enhanced supply support activities provided to CCSM’s and to a lesser extent HMAS SIRIUS. 2. FLSE FBW STAFF B76. (L-R) PO T. HUMPHRIES, LS L. PAYNTING, AB D. There are a number of activities that require the FLSE’s attention, which include; Re-stores and De-stores, completing the induction of stores repatriated from ASC Outer Harbour in SA into the Defence inventory, deployment planning, closing off all FLSE-FBW trial recommendations and compiling comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) in support of CCSM’s.
